How do I update my PSP Using Media Go?
Ok, so I just downloaded Media Go, a program that I need to do stuff with my PSP on the PlayStation Network. I tried to access my PSP’s memory stick with Media Go, and it said “Oh you need to update this!” I clicked the button, and it brought me to playstation.com , didn’t tell me what to do or anything. Maybe someone here knows how to get it to work? I want to be able to download themes and games, but I can’t because it isn’t user friendly!
I’m running on a PSP 3000, with no problems or anything, just in case you would need to know. Thanks in advance!
If you play ISO’s on your PSP 3000, don’t update. You need to go to Help and Support, in the PSP section on the bottom of playstation.com’s website, once on the help and support look for System Software Updates and download 6.20. You will need to put the folder called UPDATE in your PSP’s GAME folder. (ms0:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE/EBOOT.PBP)
